kansas city fog

so my parents just recently moved to kansas city to join the ranks of my rather large extended family. i've been here for holidays and short visits, but i don't know the area very well. i learned this morning, that unless you know where you're going, it's tough to find a cool situation in fog, because you can't see more than 5 feet in front of you! what i wanted was a bridge... someone walking their dog across railroad tracks... something! but i swear, i didn't know which way to turn. which is why, as you'll see in the post above this, i just ended up pulling out the macro. ;)
