as much as i hated to pay this much for gas... i'm secretly hoping these high gas prices will be a blessing in 5 years. or 1 year. it's like the high gas prices are cheerleaders for alternative energy. GO GREEN! *high kick*

If you think that 4.089 it's expensive think that in Spain when I fill the tank I pay 7.879$/gallon.
You are pointing to a key point: expensive oil has it's own beneffits: moves more minds to think on alternative sources of energy. Solar energy would be the best and Nuclear energy a big mistake.
